Guide: How to add a business manager to Upwork agency

  1. You need to have an Upwork agency. Please create it if you do not have
  2. Switch to your agency on Upwork and open Account settings

3. Navigate to Team & Members

4. Members > Invite Member

5. Choose your Agency from dropdown, enter business manager email, toogle Agency manager role and hit Send invite button at the bottom

6. Notify your Convertix team that invite has been sucessfully sent
